Sting's Songwriting Process

I included this video of Sting explaining his process for writing material.  It is virtually identical to my process, at least when I use a tape recorder.  This series of techniques that he shares also works well with a partner. 

In this clip you will see a young Sting being interviewed by a young Jools Holland.  As you will see, it's a very simple process.
